Do you need help deciding?

Please know I am available for any questions you might have before you make a purchase, any question, big or small.  I am certain we can make a great decision together when choosing an artwork for you.  You can get in contact with me here.

Would you like a sample?

Would it be helpful to see a section of my artworks up close?  Do you need to check colours? See what the quality of the paper is like? ....I think my artworks really shine up close. Click on the sample link above, under FAQ, to order a FREE sample pack. 

 

 .....and now to the not exciting but oh so important stuff.....

Am I able to return my artwork?

Yes you can absolutely return your artwork!

The guidelines regarding a return are:

  • Please inform me within 7 days of the delivery of your order that you wish to return the item. You can contact me here.

  • Please do not return the item without first notifying me.

  • Please wrap the item carefully in the packaging that it was delivered in.  You are responsible for shipping the item back to me.

  • Once I have received the returned product/s you will be given either an exchange or a full refund (minus shipping).  If you choose to exchange a new order will be placed.  Production and shipping times are as stated on the shipping page.

 

My artwork has arrived damaged.  What next?

Whilst I make every effort to ensure that you receive your products in tip top condition, sometimes accidents happen.  

  • Please inform me as soon as possible of any issues around your order. You can contact me here.

  • Take photos of all damage to the product and the box it was delivered in. Email them so that I can assess next steps.

  • Do not return the product without first notifying me.

  • Once damage has been assessed and if it is eligible for refund/exchange, return of the product will be at my expense.

  • Please wrap the product in the packaging that it was delivered in. I will notify you of details around pick up of the product.

  • Once I have received the returned product/s you will receive either an exchange or a full refund (including shipping cost) as per your request.  If you choose to exchange I will endeavour to get a new product, of your choice, to you as soon as possible and I will contact you about expected production and shipping times.
