Returns Policy for Paper and Flower
Are you looking at the returns policy because you aren't sure? I understand completely, buying online can be a little tricky for items such as artwork. It feels a little bit like guesswork.
Here are a couple of things that might help:

Wish you could get a sample of my artworks?
Would it be helpful to see a section of my artworks up close? Do you need to check colours? See what the quality of the paper is like? ....I think my artworks really shine up close as you can see all of the fine details.
I want you to really love your choice so I offer a free pack of sample pieces so that you can see for yourself how beautiful my work is. I really believe you will fall in love. Contact me here to ask for your free pack. If you have a particular piece that you are interested in then let me know and I can ensure I include that artwork sample in the pack.

Am I able to return my artwork?
Yes you can absolutely return your artwork!
The guidelines regarding a return are:
Please inform me within 7 days of the delivery of your order that you wish to return the item. You can contact me here.
Please do not return the item without first notifying me.
Please wrap the item carefully in the packaging that it was delivered in. I will notify you of details around pick up of the product.
Once I have received the returned product/s you will be given either an exchange or a full refund as per your request. If you choose to exchange I will get a new item, of your choice, to you as soon as possible. I will contact you about expected production and shipping times.
My artwork has arrived damaged. What next?
Whilst I make every effort to ensure that you receive your products in tip top condition, sometimes accidents happen.
Please do the following if you receive your order in any condition other than excellent:
Please inform me as soon as possible of any issues around your order. You can contact me here.
Take photos of all damage to the product and the box it was delivered in. Email them so that I can assess next steps.
Do not return the product without first notifying me.
Once damage has been assessed and is eligible for refund/exchange, return of the product to me will be at my expense.
Please wrap the product in the packaging that it was delivered in. I will notify you of details around pick up of the product.
Once I have received the returned product/s you will receive either an exchange or a full refund (including shipping cost) as per your request. If you choose to exchange I will endeavour to get a new product, of your choice, to you as soon as possible and I will contact you about expected production and shipping times. Shipping costs for your new order will be at my expense.
