How do I know if the product I want is in stock?

Because all of my products and artworks are made to order I never run out of stock. Now that is all kinds of excellent.

How long will my order take?

Each artwork is made to order so be aware that I include printing, framing and shipping in all of my lead times.  Production and shipping usually takes about 2 weeks.

Can I make changes to my order?

Unfortunately, each of my products are made-to-order and once your order has been paid for and finalised, I am unable to cancel, change or amend it in any way. If you have any concerns, click here to contact me.

How do I find out the status of my order?

What is a limited edition print?

A lot of my artworks and art prints are made as limited editions.  This means that each artwork is given a number out of 50, with 50 being the maximum number of prints available.  This makes each one of my artworks just that little more special and you know that you have a beautiful item of art in your home that is unique and individual.

Will the colour of the artwork match the colour on screen?

Whilst I endeavour to ensure the colours on your screen are true to the colours of the artworks due to differences in screen calibrations some colours may look slightly different than they do in real life. Please click here if you have specific concerns about colour and I can talk it through with you.

My artwork has arrived what happens next?

Your artwork will come ready to hang straight out of the box.  Wall types are many and varied and each one requires a different type of hook or device.  If you are unsure of what you need to use then your local hardware store can be incredibly helpful.
